You can submit Cancellation requests by e-mail for your order at any time prior to the dispatch. Where the dispatch has been made, you may request for a Refund up to 15 days after the goods are delivered (unless where physical damage is found when your order is delivered, you must notify us immediately and must submit clear pictures of both the packaging and damaged goods); to submit the request, simply email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) to start the process. Where you are eligible for a Refund, CSMobiles.com will provide authorization and can send to our technical center. The return of non-defective merchandise as a general rule is not accepted for business or professionals clients.
Goods returned for Refund must be in their original condition with all original packing, accessories and included materials. You must take all due reasonable care of the goods and return them in its original and undamaged condition. Where purchases are opened and are of usable software, consumable goods, or items impacted by hygiene, such items will not be eligible for Refund.
Any Refund approved shall be minus Refund Deductibles (comprising of a combination of, but not limited to, shipping costs incurred either by CSMobiles.com or you, restocking fees, and administration costs). Details of Refund Deductibles are determined at the discretion of CSMobiles.com, and shall be made available along with your refund eligibility information.
Furthermore, you agree to bear the costs of returning the item(s). The cost incurred in returning the item(s) may be eligible for reimbursement where the item(s) are found to be defective and if proper authorization from CSMobiles.com is sought and provided prior to the return of the item(s).
CSmobiles will refund the money within a maximum of 14 days, once the product has been received and verified that it is in perfect conditions. We will only refund the amount of the product, not other services associated with the order such as transport insurance, shipping costs, or commissions on payments (if any). In orders which delivery costs were free, if the return is by repentance, £10 will be deducted from the amount, due to the shipping costs that caused the shipment of the product.
Our orders are shipped using reputable couriers some of which partner with local couriers to deliver into your country or destination address. In the event your shipment is damaged or lost, we are obliged to wait for confirmation from the courier before a refund can be actioned.
