Forwarding – Delivery – Delivery Charges

Upon receipt of your order, we recommend that you check to see if the products delivered conform to your order or indicate if they are damaged, where appropriate, when you sign for your delivery.
CSMobiles decides on the mode of delivery except where if specially indicated by the client. These options apply to the U.K only.
Our specialist 2-man transporter will contact you within 48 hours of
CSMobiles dispatching your order to them to arrange a suitable time and date (between Monday and Friday). Delivery usually takes 2-10 working days following the confirmation of your order. Delivery may take longer for areas that are not easily accessible. The Client must, as of reception, inspect the parcels within the legal timeframe. Please note, conditions such as "acceptance conditional upon verification" or "acceptance conditional upon opening of wrapping" have no legal value with insurers or with transporters.
It is the Client's responsibility to provide proof of missing or broken articles.
 
If the delivered product does not match the one specified in the order, or has been struck and damaged externally during shipment, or detects that the product has not worked correctly within 48 hours of receipt, it must be immediately notified and within a shorter 48 hours from the reception of the same, sending an e-mail to cac@csmobiles.com. Once we receive this e-mail we will begin to process your return. If you received the damaged packaging it is very important that you indicate it on the delivery note of the carrier at the time of receipt.

CSMobiles will strive to respect the stated delivery times, but cannot be held liable for interest and damages because of late delivery and cannot accept the cancellation of an order on that basis. An order made for articles not in stock may be the object of a longer period of delay or a cancellation. If you not receive your order within the given time frame, you must file a report with CSMobiles no later than 15 calendar days following the dispatch of the parcel. An enquiry will be opened with the carrier. This may several days. Please enclose proof of ID and a sworn statement stating the delivery address and declaring that the parcel has not been received. CSMobiles is unable to give details regarding further action while the enquiry is underway.

Claims

If the products received do not conform to the invoice, the Client must advise CSMobiles immediately, or at the latest three days beginning with the date the order was received. A copy of the invoice must be attached to the Client's claim. Any claim based on the quality of a product must be accompanied by a specimen of said product containing the flaw as well as a sample still in its original packaging with the appropriate reference numbers for identification. No claims will be processed that do not adhere to the above conditions. 
 

Returns

You can submit Cancellation requests by e-mail for your order at any time prior to the dispatch. Where the dispatch has been made, you may request for a Refund up to 15 days after the goods are delivered (unless where physical damage is found when your order is delivered, you must notify us immediately and must submit clear pictures of both the packaging and damaged goods); to submit the request, simply email us (cac@csmobiles.com) to start the process. Where you are eligible for a Refund, CSMobiles.com will provide authorization and can send to our technical centerThe return of non-defective merchandise as a general rule is not accepted for business or professionals clients.

Goods returned for Refund must be in their original condition with all original packing, accessories and included materials. You must take all due reasonable care of the goods and return them in its original and undamaged condition. Where purchases are opened and are of usable software, consumable goods, or items impacted by hygiene, such items will not be eligible for Refund. 

Any Refund approved shall be minus Refund Deductibles (comprising of a combination of, but not limited to, shipping costs incurred either by
CSMobiles.com or you, restocking fees, and administration costs). Details of Refund Deductibles are determined at the discretion of CSMobiles.com, and shall be made available along with your refund eligibility information. 

Furthermore, you agree to bear the costs of returning the item(s). The cost incurred in returning the item(s) may be eligible for reimbursement where the item(s) are found to be defective and if proper authorization from
CSMobiles.com is sought and provided prior to the return of the item(s). 

CSmobiles will refund the money within a maximum of 14 days, once the product has been received and verified that it is in perfect conditions. We will only refund the amount of the product, not other services associated with the order such as transport insurance, shipping costs, or commissions on payments (if any). In orders which delivery costs were free, if the return is by repentance, £10 will be deducted from the amount, due to the shipping costs that caused the shipment of the product.

Our orders are shipped using reputable couriers some of which partner with local couriers to deliver into your country or destination address. In the event your shipment is damaged or lost, we are obliged to wait for confirmation from the courier before a refund can be actioned.
